Education: Miles Elementary, Kenmore Middle School, Fairmont Hgts. High, Potomac Job Corps.  LaGuardia Community, Empire State College, NYC Fire Department EMS Academe, Indian Capital Technology Center, & Connors State College.

Achievements of Merit: FDNY Emergency Medical Technician /EMSS1, FDNY Fire Department Graduate 2000, World Trade Center Rescuer Medal of Valor, FDNY  2001, Tracy Allen Lee Medal of Valor 2003, & most recently, Licensed Practical Nurse/Oklahoma Board of Nursing, 2010.

Ralph was raised in Ohio, but lost his parents by the age of 7; he then resided at an orphanage called Parmadale St. Anthony’s Home for Boys. Ralph went on to Maryland where he lived with his extended parents until the age of 17.

Now married to his loving wife Polly since December 4th 1993, they have two beautiful children Jerry 15 and Sarah 14. Since living in Oklahoma Ralph has worked for Tahlequah City Hospital under the titles of EMT, CNA, and now LPN, all while being a full time student.
